The Directory of Engineering Technology Institutions and Programs was developed to provide information about undergraduate and graduate engineering technology programs for the general public and the engineering technology education community. Information is available in the Directory that can be used prospective students, parents, high school guidance counselors, industry recruiters, and educators to help identify institutions offering engineering technology programs and where specific engineering technology programs are offered. Contact information is provided for each institution to encourage further investigation of program offerings.
The Directory is a 'searchable' database. There are four ways the information can be filtered to provide specific information on programs - by state, curriculum area, ABET accreditation, and degree level. The results, when 'Search Programs' is selected, are listed in alphabetical order by institution. Typically, searches are done by state and curricula, but any combination of the four filters is possible. The results can be printed by selecting "File" and "Print" in your web browser.
Contact information can be provided by state on institutions in the database. Select the 'View Institutions by State' option and select the desired state. Additional contact information is available through the method explained below.
To access the Contact Information for an institution, click on the name of the institution after a search has been done. To return to the search screen, close the Contact Information screen. The Contact Information screen has the institution's address, a contact person's name and title, phone and FAX numbers, and an email and webpage address, where provided.
